What we collect through this site, what it is used for, and the choices you have.
This notice explains what happens to information you submit through ouilife.co — the project brief, the bespoke formulation request, the free planning tools, and the routine early-access list. It does not cover information you share with us directly by phone, email or in person.
Business enquiries: your name, email address, phone number, brand name and the project details you choose to share.
Bespoke formulation enquiries: your name, contact details, location, product type and the needs you describe.
Free tools: the inputs you enter and, where you request a follow-up, your email address and name.
Routine early-access list: your email address, optional first name, your finder answers and result profile, any open response you write, your consent status with its timestamp, the page you came from, and campaign parameters attached to your visit.
Enquiry and tool submissions are used to respond to you and prepare a useful next step. Early-access submissions are used for product research and, where you have given consent, to send occasional product-research and launch updates. We do not sell submitted information.
Submissions are delivered by email to our team inbox through our email delivery provider. Where our private submission store is enabled, a structured copy is also retained in a private, access-controlled dataset that is not publicly readable, so enquiries are not lost if an email fails. Providers processing this data on our behalf are our email delivery service and our content platform.
Until automated unsubscribe handling is introduced, you can opt out of research or launch updates by emailing contact@ouilife.co.
You can also ask us to delete your information at the same address. To complete a deletion request we remove your entry from the mailing list, delete your record from the private submission store, and delete the notification email that carried your submission, subject to records we must keep for active projects.
