OUI Life's current impact is practical: women-led technical leadership, training inside a working facility, locally commissioned manufacturing capability and a clearer route into cosmetic production.
Each record below describes something already in place. Figures appear only where they have been measured.
OUI Life is owned and led by Dinma Obidiebube, who also leads formulation. Technical authority and company leadership sit together.
Production staff are trained within OUI's operating system — raw-material handling, equipment practice, batch records, hygiene and documented production.
OUI's Lagos facility gives owned and partner brands access to formulation and production closer to the consumers they serve.
Selected production equipment was fabricated by Nigerian specialist contractors to OUI's specification, creating maintainable capacity around the actual products and batch sizes the company makes.
Women Who Formulate is OUI Life's developing practical programme for women who want to enter cosmetic formulation and manufacturing.
Its curriculum is being built around formula development, raw-material handling, batch discipline, production records and regulatory documentation inside a working facility. The first community session is being planned.
Cohort, graduate and outcome figures will be published only after the programme has run.
These are future reporting fields, not current results. We will publish each one when it has been measured rather than estimated.
