01 — What we are

Built around beauty and personal care.

OUI Life is a beauty company with manufacturing under its own control. The facility, formulation work, batch records and packaging checks are organised around skincare, body care, hair care, men's grooming and cleansing products.

That focus matters. Preservation, stability, active ingredients and packaging compatibility behave differently across these formats.

02 — Capabilities

From product decision to repeat production.

OUI formulates, manufactures and scales personal care products across its owned portfolio and partner brands. Private label, semi-custom and custom formulation are the routes clients use to reach these capabilities.

  1. Product and category strategy

Define what to make, who it is for, its price position, range role and intended shelf before formulation begins.

  2. Formulation and R&D

Private-label bases, semi-custom modifications and ground-up formulations across OUI's established beauty and personal-care categories.

  3. Brand and product development

Product positioning, naming and range structure, packaging briefs, label architecture, claims inputs and artwork specifications.

  4. Packaging development and compatibility

Component briefs, fill and closure requirements, compatibility review and label inputs. Procurement is included only where separately agreed in writing.

  5. OEM manufacturing and filling

Batch production, filling and documented controls from OUI's Mile 2 facility.

  6. Quality, regulatory and market documentation

Route-scoped NAFDAC-readiness documents, INCI lists, specifications, SDS/MSDS where applicable, CPSR-ready records and external-laboratory coordination.

  7. Repeat production and supply

Formula continuity, retained batch records and repeat manufacture for long-term partners.

03 — Owned portfolio

We run the system on our own brands.

URU, FOUNDXN and HUEMÀN were developed, manufactured and taken to market through OUI Life. They use the same formulation, documentation and batch-control system offered to partner brands.

05 — The company

Women-led, with formulation at the centre.

OUI Life was established in 2019 by Dinma Obidiebube, who leads the company and its formulation work. Its owned portfolio and partner manufacturing work sit inside one operating system.

06 — Impact

Building technical capability around the factory.

OUI's current impact is practical rather than promotional. It is measured in who leads the work, who is trained inside the facility and what capability stays in Lagos.

  • Women-led ownership and formulation leadership.
  • Production training inside a working facility.
  • Locally commissioned manufacturing capability.
  • Women Who Formulate in development.
